Both the Old and New Testament have been changed over the centuries – either because of accidental copying errors or deliberate editing, countless verses have been added to, subtracted from, or simply edited – often to fit religious or political agendas.
Has the Bible ever been changed or altered? Are there mistranslations in the Christian scriptures? Or has the message of the Bible been perfectly preserved through the centuries? Is there any evidence that the Bible has been tweaked or tampered with to promote an agenda or support an ideology? And when examining and comparing our oldest and most reliable Biblical manuscripts, do we find any variations between the texts?
